Precision balanced weave belting is a special style of balance weave belts;the difference is that balance weave belts are friction driven way,driven by rolls,for precision balanced wave belting,it is precision driven, which is driven by sprockets;and the belt edge is weld,not other choice.Because it is driven by sprockets,so the crimped wire is very important,it stop the spiral wires to move and keep the belt surface in tension.
With our experience, the precision balance weave belting are often used as a drying belt in food industry, as a conveyor belt in sterilization process of pharmaceutical industry, as a transfer belt between separate technological lines, for example between the proving and baking ovens.
